WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Track bids and draft proposals
  • Issue contracts and change orders
  • Follow-up with vendors on all project related action items
  • Distribute and track project related materials
  • Coordinate project setup
  • Keep data in project management software up to date
  • Review, process, and track submittals and RFIs
  • Set up and close out jobsite utilities
  • Order project materials as needed
  • Manage and organize close out documents

  • To have excellent documentation and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to prepare and interpret schedules, flowcharts, and step-by-step action plans
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • To be able to handle adversity and conflict with successful outcomes
  • Clear communication
  • The ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
  • To demonstrate an understanding of computer and relevant software application
  • To be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project)
  • High School Diploma or 2 + years of College in Business Administration and/or Related Field
  • 1 + years of Office/Clerical Experience – Construction preferred
