CELEBRATING 55 YEARS OF BUILDING EXCELLENCE
Happy 55th Anniversary, Creative Builders!
Today marks a significant milestone as Creative Builders proudly celebrates 55 years of building excellence, fostering relationships, and serving communities across the Southeast.
Founded in 1971 by William H. “Billy” McCauley II in Greenville, South Carolina, Creative Builders began with a vision rooted in hard work, integrity, and a commitment to quality. Over the past five and a half decades, that vision has grown into one of the region’s most respected and fastest-growing commercial construction companies.
"In my 40-plus years in the industry, I have never had such a positive relationship with any other general contractor or builder. The level of professionalism, integrity, mutual respect, appreciation, and cooperation is far beyond any other relationship I have ever experienced."
"We work with many different clients, and can honestly say that Creative Builders is by far the best of all. Every employee is easy to work with and seems to truly like working there. We do look forward to our continuing partnership
in the future. "
“I feel like Creative Builders is very easy to work with. Everyone is easy to get a hold of when you need to talk. I find my experiences with everyone very pleasant and enjoyable..”
"Over the years, we have worked with Creative and have had the blessing of seeing our work be valued and recognized across multiple projects. We have met amazing people and have built great relationships with everyone we've worked with. We definitely recommend that any company who has the opportunity to work alongside CBI should not take it for granted. They have made every workday, meeting, reunion, etc. a very pleasant experience, and we are extremely grateful for that."
