Community leaders, partners, and local residents gathered today to celebrate the official ribbon-cutting of The Peaks of Lexington, the newest affordable housing community in Lexington County. Developed by Resource Housing Group, the 78-unit community represents an important investment in expanding high-quality, affordable housing opportunities for local families.
The project was supported through the federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, with SC Housing serving as a key financing partner.
As the general contractor, Creative Builders led the construction of the new community, bringing modern design, quality craftsmanship, and long-term durability to the forefront of the project.
