Today, Creative Builders will take time away from work to honor and remember our founder, William H. “Billy” McCauley II, and celebrate the remarkable legacy he began 55 years ago.
When Billy founded Creative Builders in 1971, he established more than a construction company. He built a foundation rooted in faith, integrity, hard work, strong relationships, and a genuine commitment to caring for others. Those principles remain at the heart of our company and are reflected in the Core Values that continue to guide us:
ALL-IN Teamwork
BUILDING Lasting Relationships
CREATING Extraordinary Projects
DEVELOPING Successful People & a Sustainable Company
For 55 years, Billy’s vision and leadership have created opportunities for generations of coworkers, trade partners, clients, and communities. The company we are privileged to be part of today is a lasting reflection of the values he lived and the legacy he entrusted to us.
As we pause to remember Billy and celebrate this important milestone, we do so with tremendous pride and gratitude. We remain committed to honoring his legacy by living out our Core Values, caring for one another, strengthening the relationships that have shaped our company, and continuing the work he began.
Building a Better Tomorrow…Today!
A Legacy of 55 Years. A Future Without Limits.
