GREENVILLE - The official groundbreaking ceremony of The Pearl at Five Forks, a memory care community was held on Thursday, June 16th, 2016. This 33,000-square foot facility will feature 48 memory care units for up to 50 residents. Creative Builders is proud to be the general contractor, working with Phoenix Senior Living and Memory Care Centers of America, to bring this senior living facility with the focus of whole wellbeing to the Five Forks area. The senior living center is scheduled to be complete at the end of this year.
