GREENSBORO, N.C. – CAHEC recognized The Assembly Apartments, Greenville, South Carolina as 2018 Development of the Year at the annual CAHEC awards ceremony held at the Grandover Resort & Conference Center in Greensboro, North Carolina. CAHEC for the last 17 years has been honored to recognize outstanding organizations and individuals for their contributions to the affordable housing industry and this year was no different.

CAHEC is a nonprofit regional tax credit equity syndicator located in Raleigh, North Carolina.
