GREENVILLE – Creative Builders, Inc. has been awarded a 2018 Top Workplaces honor by Integrated Media Publishing which recognizes the best places to work in South Carolina. Creative Builders placed #3 in Small Company category.
The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including Alignment, Execution, and Connection, just to name a few.
“It was an honor for our employees and company to be recognized publicly for something we are blessed to experience every day,” said Figueroa. “This public acknowledgement has only solidified our belief in what we are doing every day with our clients, in our community, and for one another,” said Claudia Figueroa, the firm’s human resource manager.
