"From beginning to end, your team was wonderful to work with, and we truly appreciate the care and commitment that went into helping bring our vision for Evelina Smiles to life. We are very proud of the finished space and grateful to everyone who played a part in creating it.”

- Dr. Constantine

Evelina Smiles

"We have the honor and pleasure to work with a lot of business partners that help us serve our members and provide services to the community… but the one that is probably the most special is Creative Builders. That relationship has been going on for well over thirty years… and no one ever comes close. Pricing is always fair, but what others can’t do is the relationship. Even as they’ve grown across the Carolinas and beyond, they still treat us like we are their only client. It’s quite amazing."

-Brian Sponagule, COO

Greenville Federal Credit Union

"I had no experience with managing a construction project when we began building our new facility. CBI quickly dispelled my worries by walking me through every step. The team was responsive to questions and concerns. When a challenge came up, they had the experience and problem-solving skills to handle it. The project team was generous with their time and knowledge."
-Lisa Colby, Executive Director

The Creative Builders team’s collaborative spirit, transparency, and unwavering dedication to our goals have made them not just a service provider, but a trusted partner. They approach every endeavor with a level of care and ownership that reflects our own values.
-Tony Bryant , SVP & Chief Risk Officer & Facilities

"We were extremely satisfied with the Creative Builders team. They promoted a win-win theme throughout the whole process. The finished building was of the highest quality and right on budget."

“They were very professional, patient and always prompt in answering my (hundreds of) emails and texts. With remodeling, we knew there would be issues to come up but they were kept to a minimum and resolved satisfactorily. The project was even finished on time!  Thank you for making this a great experience for us!”

-Cindy Jacques

Safe Industries

“Our Company has had a working partnership with Creative Builders since 1995. We've been extremely satisfied with the quality of work, professionalism, and integrity shown by the people at Creative Builders and would recommend them without hesitation.”

-Paul Hughes, President

Greenville Federal Credit Union

Our construction schedule was beyond tight and in both instances CBI worked diligently and did what it took to complete the project on time. Due to the nature of the financing, we could not have any overruns and Creative Builders brought the project to completion within budget. I am currently working with them on my next development, which speaks for my confidence in their ability to get the job done.
