Founded in 1971 by William H. “Billy” McCauley II in Greenville, SC, Creative Builders, Inc. has grown into one of the fastest-growing commercial builders in the region. With licenses in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, and Tennessee, and offices in Greenville and Charleston, we are proud of our diverse portfolio and strong reputation.
