GREENVILLE - Creative Builders, Inc. was happy to be a part of making the UFC Gym in Greenville a reality. The first UFC GYM of its kind has opened its doors in Greenville, located off of E. North Street. The 17,000-square-foot gym upfit project was completed and managed by David Hughs of Creative Builders. The gym features cardio and strength training machines, agility ladders, a bag room, battle ropes, large mat areas for martial arts and on octagon to inspire training techniques inspired by UFC athletes.

Creative Builders is a General Contractor located in Greenville that specializes primarily in commercial, multi-family, medical, and financial institutions, senior and assisted living facilties, student housing, light industrial construction and interior upfit and renovations.
