THE PRESERVE AT LOGAN PARK OFFICIALLY BREAKS GROUND

GREENVILLE – Creative Builders, Inc. is excited to announce that the Preserve at Logan Park has officially broke ground.
It has been a long time coming since the demolition of the Scott Towers back in January of 2014, but it's finally here. Creative Builders is excited to be the general contractor of the Preserve at Logan Park senior living community, consisting of 113 newly constructed units and the rehabilitation of 80-units at the Garden Apartments. Construction is scheduled to be complete in the second quarter of 2020.
