CBI was honored to once again be named #1 SC Top Workplace in the small business category (150 co-workers or less) by Integrated Media Publishing.
For the seventh year in a row, Creative Builders has been an honored recipient of the SC Top Workplace Award. Annually taking part in Energage’s survey and assessment has not only made us more aware of how our co-workers feel about their company, but how they feel about themselves, and each other. This allows us the opportunity to grow, change and really create the dynamic work environment that we have.
We feel that the recognition and rankings for the last 7 years are reall bragging rights for all of us as it doesn't happen just because of leadership or from the top down but rather we ALL play a part in our successes and challenges. We are ALL-IN as a TEAM in BUILDING Lasting Relationships, CREATING Extraordinary Projects, and last but not least DEVELOPING Successful People & a Sustainable Company which are ALL a part of our Core Values.

The Top Workplaces program recognizes organizations that excel at organizational health, communication, and employee engagement. Greenville Business Magazine, Columbia Business Monthly, and Charleston Business Magazine, in partnership with Energage conduct the survey and assessment. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including Alignment, Execution, Communication, Benefits, and Connection, just to name a few.
