Every Friday before Labor Day weekend Creative Builders takes the day off to celebrate and honor our Founder, William H. “Billy” McCauley II (1942 – 2012). He founded this company in the early 70’s with just one other employee. In 50+ years it has grown to be called not only South Carolina’s Top Workplace, South Carolina’s Small Business of the Year, and one of South Carolina’s 25 Fastest Growing Companies, but also to many of us…it’s called our second home.
Creative Builders has a unique culture where we are not only co-workers but are family. We care for each other and empower each other to grow and succeed. This was the foundation and the blueprint for our success that was set by Billy’s principles and values from the start. As part of our culture and ethical practices, we are ALL about doing the “right thing” when it comes to co-workers, clients, business partners, and our communities. We will continue to grow and cultivate the principles set forth by Billy and honor him in our daily operations and lives.
