Gateway at the Green, a 72-unit, new-construction affordable housing apartment community on Webb Road broke ground in Greenville today. CBI is blessed to be the General Contractor and partner alongside Gateway Development, and Greenville Housing Fund in the development.
The all-affordable development Gateway at the Green will consist of three residential buildings containing a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units, with plenty of parking and beautiful landscaping. A community clubhouse will house not only a leasing office but a computer lab, a fitness room, laundry facilities, and a community gathering space. Leasing at the complex is slated to begin in late summer 2025.
