CBI BREAKS GROUND ON BASELINE GVL, A PREMIER PICKLEBALL FACILITY COMING TO GREENVILLE

Creative Builders partnered with Baseline GVL and celebrated the groundbreaking of a first-of-its-kind pickleball destination in the heart of Greenville. Slated to open later this year on Gladys Drive, Baseline GVL will feature 16 professional-grade pickleball courts inside a 40,000-square-foot indoor/outdoor facility, establishing a new home base for players of all levels across the Upstate and beyond.
This facility represents a major investment in both community wellness and the rapidly growing sport of pickleball. With sleek design, top-tier amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere, Baseline GVL is set to become a go-to destination for athletes, families, and fans.
