Creative Builders is thrilled to announce the groundbreaking of the new Elite Wellness and Caroline Price Dermatology medical office, located at 429 Roper Mountain Road, Greenville, SC. This milestone marks an important step forward in addressing the growing healthcare needs of the area.
The ceremony, which was attended by builder partners, company representatives, and special guests, officially kicked off the development of the new 14,000-square-foot facility. Scheduled to open at the end of 2025, the state-of-the-art medical office will house both Elite Wellness and Caroline Price Dermatology. Designed with the latest medical advancements and a focus on energy efficiency, the space will provide modern, comfortable environments for patients and staff alike.
The project brings together Psi Design as the architect and Amy Emory Interior Design, who will oversee the interior design, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal in this essential healthcare facility.
