Creative Builders broke ground today at The Woodlands at Furman, a premier Life Plan Community in Greenville. This marked a significant milestone for its major expansion project that includes 22 new luxury apartments, equipped with premium finishes, including quartz countertops, crown molding, ceramic tile showers with benches, gas fireplaces, and private screened porches.
In addition to the new apartments, the expansion will also introduce 6,000 square feet of new amenities, including a state-of-the-art library, expanded dining options, a social game lounge, a creative studio, a versatile event space, a volunteer center, and an elevated exterior patio area. These enhancements are designed to elevate the community experience, providing even more opportunities for engagement, connection, and lifelong learning.

The expansion is expected to be completed by early 2027, with THW Design from Atlanta and Creative Builders overseeing the design and construction efforts.
